Angel Theatre Company is a professional organisation dedicated to producing London fringe theatre of the highest calibre. Our aim is to create work which is entertaining, challenging, engaging and thought provoking. Although we often perform in small venues, we want our audiences to experience the same quality of production as they would in any West End theatre, but for a fraction of the price! We achieve this through only casting professionally trained actors, having high production values and by working to the exacting standards of John Patterson, our Artistic Director.
Previous productions include Can’t Stand up for Falling Down, Eavesdropping, More Eavesdropping, 4:48 Psychosis, No Exit, The Maids and Autobahn. Full details of each show can be viewed on the PAST PRODUCTIONS page. We are currently busy preparing a new instalment of the "eavesdropping" franchise. Eavesdropping Again will play at Barons Court Theatre in October 2018. Full details can be found on the CURRENT PRODUCTIONS page. Future plans include a production of Samuel Beckett's Footfalls and Play, which will run at The Jack Studio in early 2019.
We are always keen to support emerging talent and have given many recent drama school graduates their first paid job! So far we have employed graduates from LAMDA, The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Drama Centre, Manchester School of Theatre, GSA, Rose Bruford, ALRA, Italia Conti, East 15 Acting School, Drama Studio London, Mountview, Oxford School of Drama and The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
